The Brownie Company brownies are densely chocolatey and somehow gooey and chewy at the same time. They are the definitive chocolate brownie, with a delicately flaky top. We've been using the same classic American recipe since 2005, never using cocoa powder - letting the melted single-origin chocolate shine through. We use free-range eggs from a local farm, proper British butter and only the best ingredients. Everything is homemade in our Easton on the Hill kitchen, on the border between Lincolnshire and Rutland.

Vegan If you know you know - the most recent addition to the range, we are proud of this adapted brownie recipe. The only one of our brownies to contain cocoa powder, our taste testers tell us that this satisfies the brownie craving without compromising on taste or texture. Please contact us for more details.
Gluten and Dairy Free: We offer a gluten-free option for all flavours. We must say that as everything is baked in our kitchen, where wheat flour is used, they may contain traces of gluten. Dairy free can be made to order - please contact us for more details.
